HI @shalik64 , If you are unable to reset the password using Forgot Password link because of the security question, you will need open a ticket with PM Support. Once you get back to the account, remember to update the security question.
To open ticket with PM, click on the Bubble on the lower right or directly at: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Follow these these to get to ticket open page quicker:
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

@shalik64 You'll need to submit a ticket to customer support via chatbot for a password reset here: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
Second option is to send a private message to CS_Agent here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
Keep an eye on the envelope icon top right for their response to you which should be within minutes.
