Unlimited International texting in Croatia?

Hi there, I will be in Crotia for the month of July 2023 and I would like to know if unlimited international texting under the 15$ plan will work here? 

I am guessing the data will not work in Croatia?

@Hola2  No that international texting you have is for texting abroad from Canada only , best to vet local SIM card at your destination

the unlimited text is for you to text FROM Canada to other countries.  

When you are in another country, you need roaming service.  But PM does NOT have roaming service in Crotia.

You will have to rely on local prepaid data there.  Then use the free VoIP app like TextNow.  With TextNow, you get a new 10 digits number and you can send and receive text like a real phone number using the app.  It will work as long as you have Mobile data or Wifi there

with PM, there's no roaming to anywhere other than USA. Your phones feature will not work in Croatia...you need a local sim and a plan from there.
