open a ticket with PM CS Agent. at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket.
Once ticket is submitted, (top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from CS_Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS_Agent

Your community account was created exactly 30 days before. Did you use a referral code at sign up? Did you start with the $15 plan.

Did you buy the 200 MB data add-on for $5 ....or the 500 minutes of Canada wide calling add-on ?
Looks like one or the other as PM has nothing else that costs $5.

@vspruCe Did you login to My Account and check the Transaction History page Anything showing on Aug 20 or around that day?
$5.25 is $5 + tax for some provinces. Did you buy any add-on for $5?
What is your usual monthly renewal amount? Was August 20 your renewal day? Any chance $5 was the amount due for the renewal after all the rewards and Available fund applied ?
