esim to physical sim

I am an exisiting PM member.
I got a new phone and am switching to a physical sim. 
I followed the chatbots help and used the app to change my sim number to the new physical one. 
I received no confirmation or anything. After a few minutes I did see that my old phone (the one with the esim) now said 'no servie'  but my new phone (physical sim) has 'unknown name/number' message.
I restarted, removed/reinserted my sim tray (waited) not sure what else to try. This was also several hours ago.

Not sure what else to do.

i changed it on the app and it shows that it is there.

when i logged into the app on my new phone, it was already reflected in the pm app.

several hours later it still shows no sim.

i am waiting for cs to respond, thanks for the help

ill let yall know when/what they tell me

Did you download the PM app on your new phone?

Login to your account on the app then to Account tab>Change Your SIM Card and enter the new SIM card S/N.

i tried it on another phone and its the same issue. sim1 unknown /unknown number.

do you have another phone to test the sim?

thanks for the reply.
i have checked the number many times so i am 100% sure thats correct. the top left says "no sim - emergency calls only. network settings cannot be accessed because it does not recognize the sim. sim1 unknown -unknown number.

i will try with another phone i guess

Try going into the network settings and reset the network. Then reboot the phone. If that doesn't work, if you can, place the SIM card into the other phone. If it shows service, then try the SIM card again in the new phone and reboot it. If that doesn't work, you may wish to log into your account and confirm you enter the correct SIM card number. One number off can stop you in your tracks.
