Unable to re-play saved voice mail.

I have a voice mail that's about 45 seconds long I listened to it and saved it.

I wanted to listen to it again: as prompted, I pressed 1. But it plays only a small fraction of a second of noise and stops. Then goes to  "To listen to this message, press one".  Basically the playback is blank/truncated.

This is the second time it has happened.

Hi @Kazinator so, it happened before already?  Since it is not an one odd case,  you should open ticket with CS agent and have them to reset the VM for you 

 

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

@Kazinator - strange. 

Try restarting your phone see if that helps. Also, i'd recommend a reset of the device's network settings; odd how doing this sometimes fixes finicky things (even with voicemail issues).

 

You could try the SIM card into another phone and see if you can hear the message that way.

@Kazinator   Try to call from a landline to see if it makes any difference

 

Not sure if PM support can really help on that, but I guess if nothing work, you do need to engage them
