Unable to make or receive calls while at home. *611 does not work either. On day three.

Have just been able to call my wife's phone while home. First time in 3 days. So I am suspecting it is a cell tower problem.

What general area are you in ? There could be an issue with that particular cell tower reception.

Making call away from home works fine. My wife has the same issue.

Does calling work when you're away from home ? If not...maybe your account is suspended. Or...maybe you've used up your 100 minutes of outgoing calls, if you have the $15 plan.
In either case...log in to your account...but make sure to use incognito mode to get the most up-to-date info on your account.
edit'd...you should be able to call 611 though...so try rebooting phone as suggested above.
Also...make sure battery is charged up !

Can you try reinstalling SIM card? Reset network settings? Try sim in another unlocked phone?
