You’ll need A valid email address
Your Public Mobile phone number
Register To create a My Account profile you’ll need the help of a Customer Support Agent press Chatbot
To create send private message CS_Agent at:

Once ticket is submitted,(envelope icon on the top right) CS_Agent will reply you there.
if you have account Self-Serve Try different browser. Try incognito mode. Clear browser cache. Try refresh.Try Login and go profile page.

Please don't post your contact information here. Are you asking for your account number because you're planning on porting your number to another carrier. Your account number can be found by logging into your Self Serve account and going to the Profile area.
