Unable to make International Phone calls

Hi, 

I have free bonus International calls minutes, but for reason i am unable to make calls. I checked and i have enough minutes to meke International calls. I used to make calls, but not anymore.

@shireenkhan   can you login My Account once again using Incognito mode?  Login again using that mode to make sure the minute left is correct

And reboot the phone once more. 

Also, you put in the correct sequence to call India (or Pakistan)? how you make the calls?

If all correct, then something wrong with the calling, please  Private message CS agent at

I'm facing same issue - is there a fix? 

I have more than 470 minutes left on my India and Pakistan add-on, but the call connects for 8 seconds and then drops. Checked by calling multiple numbers now.

Pakistan is not part of any bonuses nor long distance add-ons.

You have to purchase separate add-on for:

750 Minutes to India and Pakistan for $15;

Pakistan is now it's own add-on along with India. It was never officially a part of the free add-ons. They have recently clamped down on those anomalies.

Where are you trying to call to? Not all callng destinations are included.
