I need to change my phone plan but it doesn't allow me to do so.
On the overview page, it doesn't show my current plan and if I click the change plan, it doesn't show any options.
If I click to try out more options,
HTTP Error 403.14 - Forbidden The Web server is configured to not list the contents of this directory.
shows up.
Is there any maintenance that lasts more than a week? I try to wait but my next bill cycle is coming so I need assistance as soon as possible.

@ricky7583 the server error page seems to suggest it was a server issue rather than browser issue. But we are happy you are good now

Weird... I was using firefox + its incognito mode but didn't work.
But Chrome allows me to do it. Thanks

Just replied to similar post. I had no issue getting to plan change page. Did you try to different browser? Incognito mode?
