I submitted multiple tickets to port over my Koodo prepaid number but I haven't received any response in over a week. Is there any other way to contact customer service?

sadly, no. And the only way to port a number from koodo prepaid is through customer support agents
Try again, using the other method from below based on what you use previously:
To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
