Hi Team,
I just moved over to Public Mobile and I'm having some difficulties with finishing my phone setup.
As of right now I am unable to conenct to the Public mobile data network, and I am seeing two bars on my phone screen;
1) says SOS only when offline with zero bars
2) public mobile with few bars
So I am currently able to receive phone calls but I am not able to conenct to the internet. I did also port over my old number but I had a temporary number assigned to me when I was activating the transfer and I no longer need this number but still see it in the celluar settings in my iphone.
Could you please help!

yes, take the old sim card out, make sure PM sim is enabled (toggle on "Turn on this line"), Reset network settings and check inbound/outbound voice calls and mobile data
let us know what works or what not

Thanks! I thought that was going to customer service haha number removed!
i have an iphone that used to have a physical sim in it, but converted it to an esim, should i take the physical sim out?

it can take several hours or more for port to be successful. Make sure data is enabled in Settings. Restart your cell. Try a network reset...that could help too.

remove your phone number from your post, we are just customers here
and what phone do you have? if Android, what brand?
make sure your old sim card is removed, old eSIM is disabled. Only PM sim should be enabled then reboot phone and Reset network settings
