Hi,
Just got this phone. Umidigi A11 Pro Max. I had read that all Umidigi phones were compatible with Public Mobile. This one connects but only in 3g. Settings preferences is set for 4g.
Any advise?🙂

I'm not sure if it's the restart, reset network settings, manual 3G/2G or just some of the parameters that I changed. But it's working now.

@jego3 For data issue, usually it is APN
A quick way is to try Refresh All Network and see if it will populate the correct APN settings.
If not work, check if you can edit your APN and make it match below

Hi,
I just bought the Umidigi A13 Pro. Texts and phone calls work but not data to access the Internet. Does data work for you with Public Mobile? I also tried the SIM on an old Umidigi A5 Pro, and data works. I don't know if the issue is only with the new phone model.

Did you get a solution? Not getting it? Do you have the correct LTE bands to connect? Where are you located? Maybe you can only connect to 3G where you are?

HI @rcicciu did you have only 3G everywhere? did you try your phone in different places and see if you are getting LTE?

@rcicciu , according to the specs, the phone has all the essential 4G/LTE bands. I wonder if there is a problem with the phone, either hardware or software. Try installing the app, network cell info lite and doing some troubleshooting.

Ok, thanks for info. Yet on my regular phone, Xiaomi MI 6, signal strength bars indicate "4G+" with same SIM.

@rcicciu PM is throttled to 3g there is no 4g here

PM is at 4G/LTE but has been throttled down to 3G. It would be interesting to see what happens when 3G frequency will be removed in Canada in 2025.
