USA Roaming

On June 7/23 i paid $33.60 for phone usage in the USA. I could text no problem. I tried calling from the USA to Canada and the person could not hear me at all. I could hear them. I was unable to use my phone like this also in the USA. I could only text. I think I should get a refund, as $33.60 to make a few texts seems very expensive. I did not get what I paid for.

Indeed, the talk component of US Roaming can be problematic with a non-Volte enabled device or when it's not capable of switching down to 2G.

A Customer Support agent may provide a credit for the amount, or at least some form of recovery.
