Voicemail access out of country without roaming plan

Does anyone know how to access your own voicemail from another phone while in the United States? Or access online?

Also you will need your 4 digit PIN for voicemail, if you forgot it, Login to My Account and on the Web click "Profile" then click on crayon next to voicemail PIN. On App go to "Account" section and click on "Change voicemail PIN"
