I have an account that I manage for my 90 year old grandmother for her phone. I used to be able to sign in and get a code sent to my email that I could use to sign in and now it only sends the code to her phone. My grandmother uses the phone for emergencies only and has no idea how to use messages, let alone get to the app. As it's a flip phone, I can't even install a message forwarding app. I need access to her account.

@Aerrow93 .you can change the ever safe ID phone number to your number to revive the codes . So long as your not already using it for your own account
