USA 15 days talk and text

I have  15 USA talk and text .  Been here 8 days. I still can’t make  voice call. Call ends.

Could be totally unrelated  but I've seen several several messages here in Canada where people have indicated they cannot even make local calls.

So for you in the USA, could be due to that even though no confirmation or announcement has been made.

You can manually connect to AT&T if T-Mobile didn’t work.

@sprow  If you phone is not on the PM voLTE whitelist making phone calls work be difficult. And you only option would be to try phone set to 2G/3G and connect to T mobile for voice calls

try changing your network mode to 2G and change the network connection to automatic and choose T-Mobile and test calls again

if same, it is a problem that your phone cannot use VOLTE and also not able to use the 2G network for voice 

only workaround is to use VoIp app like TextNow to make and receive calls using the app

what phone you have? probably VoLTE problem 

did you try using 2G network on T-Mobile?

@sprow the issue is most likely that your phone does not or is not supported on Public Mobile whitelist for VoLTE devices. Best you can do is try manually connecting to T-Mobile as they are the only cell company in the US that still has 2G Support. If manually changing to T-Mobile alone does not resolve your issue you will need to change the network speed to 2G as well. If you cannot connect to T-Mobile in your area you will unfortunately be out of luck but you can still text and use data so you can use WhatsApp or other apps that are similar
