@BRIANDPHILL

There is an outage being reported in Miami.

@BRIANDPHILL

You might be in an area where there is an outage or in a dead zone.

If there are no options to connect to T-Mobile network.

When you return, contact a CS_Agent for a refund.

No, it looks like you're in an area of no cell service. Also, make sure your phone is set to something mentioning LTE or 4G. If T-Mobile is within range then you should be able to text and use data. Voice may be limited due to whether or not their old 2G/GSM is available in the same area.

Thanks Quigley but...

"No networks found" so none to choose from.  It's looking like a complete waste of $20

@BRIANDPHILL if you go to the network page, do a manual network search , do you see T-MOBILE there?  of so, connect it manuall

and if you bought Roaming Data, make sure you enable  Mobile roaming data on your phone, it is an option you have to enable

US add-on might not work at all in USA as they shut down 3G service. Try to manually connect to T-mobile.

According to Public Mobile:

PM will have T-mobile 2G network for US roaming.

Voice and SMS text will still work.

Data will work on LTE, but will switch over to 2G to make a call.

However, the quality of service will vary depending on the different coverage areas when roaming in the USA.

@BRIANDPHILL

Make sure roaming is turned on and network is connected to T-MOBILE.

Roaming is some parts of Florida and other states can be spotty, depending where you are.
