I am trying to change my new address and the system says Mississauga, Ontario is an invalid city.

The address showing under your my profile on self-serve has no bearing on your service with public mobile.
Best to just leave it the way it is or just choose a place for it.
Just try to remember what you put there should it ever be used for verification purposes by customer support.

Address you have on PM account does not matter much. But if you still want to update it try:
Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

What really matters is that your New postal code is correct.
Just choose a near by city that's valid.
