Hi

i purchased 15 days US roaming packages it was all good but issue started when I repurchased only data for US. I can call and text msg but I can’t use any data.

kindly pls help or how to get refund

Yes I agree. It has been suggested that you do. But it has been very good of you to run through the options.

Connect to T-Mobile with either 4G LTE or 5G seems to be a no go. Connect to AT&T with 4G LTE seems to be a no go. So yes it seems that the overlapping data add-ons are the likely problem and only support can help you with that. They should be able to clear the other 3gb add-on and maybe also the 1gb and then re-apply the 3gb and maybe give you some credit for the 1gb. Or something like that.

How many days left on the bundle?

First I purchased 15 days US roaming bundle then I purchased extra 3gb for roaming only . First package was nicely done problem started when I bought extra 3gb. I can’t use any data . 

setting list has 4lte i selected but same result

?? I think I would have left it on T-Mobile. Try that with your 1gb. Did you buy the roaming version with the 15 day counter?

So you managed to find that setting. Are you sure if you tap on that 5G that 4G or LTE don't show up in a list?

I changed t mobile to AT&T, purchased extra 1gb again nothing changed. 

This is how this place works. If you need the live human aspect then you need to go elsewhere.
But we're all human. Support are human.
The 4G LTE option might give you AT&T. Otherwise T-Mobile should work on either 5G or 4G. Can you change to T-Mobile. But still I wonder that the duplicate data might be the problem.

hi @Hri what phone you have? there should be  Network mode somewhere, chage to 4G or LTE

That’s why we need human beings to talk or fix things. I’m facing this issue from last 02 days and it’s not helping 

Yeah I think that's where the problem is. This was a problem with the talk part. Seems it might also be a problem with data. You could ask support to make it all happen or you could try buying the 1gb roaming add-on to see if that works. Then you could ask support to credit you the 3gb cost if the 1gb works. Then when the bundle fully disappears you could buy it again.
The re-buying of roaming add-ons has always been tricky.

If your phone is set to 5G then try setting to 4G LTE. But also have a look at my other questions.

Did you buy the talk/text/data? Then while that was still active (>1/15) did you buy the 3gb data? Did you use all the first 3gb data? I wonder if it didn't like the duplication of the 3gb even though the other was probably done but not expired.

As @Chalupa_Batman mentioned, go into the network settings on your phone and make sure you turn on data roaming.

hi @Hri login My Account using Incognito/Private/secret mode and check of the new roaming data is there 

if it is , try reboot phone.  Try also AT&T network.   And try Resetall Networks
