US roaming ( TEXTING NOT WORKING)

Did you buy proper add-on? Did SMS ever worked whit whatever add-on you bought?

Double check the US roaming add on you purchased. Incoming text messages should work regardless if you have a roaming add on. Reboot your phone and manually select at&t or T-Mobile. Try sending yourself a text to test the service.

To pre-verify your account include your full name, address, email, phone # and 4 digit acct pin #.

@hoyer   which Roaming package did you buy?  TAlk/Text? or Talk/Text/Data?

if the one you got has Text in it, try to connect to another carrier you are connecting to (ATT  or T-Mobile) and see if it works good

Of course, try one more reboot
