@Raj25 First make sure you bought the US roaming add on and not just the US long distance add on . Ad make sure you have data roaming turned on in phone settings . Put your device to 4G/LTE not 5G and connect to T mobile or AT&T . If you still have issues with voice try phone set to 2G and connect only to T mobile . You might also need to reboot your phone also
if it turns out you purchased the wrong add on message support to reverse it for you and get proper add on
