I purchased the $30 US add on, but I do not have the service.  I turned off my phone as recommended, but it hasn’t changed a thing.

About your purchase of a US add on but can't get it to work?

No phone number to call.  All customer service with Public mobile is done on the community and private messaging/ticketing customer service agent. 

Have you tried the various suggestions from your previous post?

I will likely merge your two posts soon.

@parasol  Is anything working, voice calls, texting, data?  Do you have data roaming turned on?  If you are trying 5G then change it to 4G/LTE.

You do not need to contact customer service agent yet.  

First, do you see the US roaming add in your self service account?  Did the payment go through?  

If you see the add on, then choose either T mobile or AT&T as your US carriers.  If one does not work, try the other carrier.  

You can also do a network reset of your phone.  Note: this will erase your Wifi saved passwords.

Go into your network settings and choose Tmobile then reboot. You should be up and running. If you don't know how, tell me if you have an Android or iPhone and I'll show you how.
