if using the mobile app...log in to your account and tap the Account tab...scroll to find Reset Pin Number.

the current subscription process nolonger have a step to setup the 4 digits PIN, but you can setup/update it yourself

First, login My Account using a browser.  Once logged in, paste this link to access the PINs setup/update page:
