Hello,
I'm going to the US for a week and will purchase the US Roaming text and talk.
Does this include recieving and making calls back to Canada whilst in the US as well as making calls within the US in the add on cost?

You have to wait 24 hours from your US Roaming add on expiring ( by the hour) for it to reappear in your account for purchase. To get it the minute after it expires in that 24 hour period you have to preload the $20 and contact customer support to add it.
Have you been on at&t or did you leave the autoconnect setting on for the provider? Manually select at&t or T-Mobile. You may have issues with at&t for voice calls with the decommissioning of their 3G network. Try T-Mobile instead.
You are probably getting close to the 24 waiting period to be over so keep checking your add ons page for it to appear. Download a voip provider like fongo or textnow to call for free on wifi or mobile data (0.5mb=1min) when needed so you have a back up.

To pre-verify your account include your full name, address, email, phone # and 4 digit acct pin #.

Can you still use the data?
How many (if any right now) roaming talk feature lines do you see in the plan details page?

Maybe you can help.... I've purchased US Roaming / 250 for $20. I received a PM message yesterday with the usual "your US roaming expires tomorrow". I go to renew and the 250 for 20 is not available even though my phone service has been cut off all day. Secondly, throughout the past 10 days outgoing calls have taken 3 tries to complete (people at the receiving end can apparently here us but we can't here a ring or them) The same is happening on incoming calls. Can't answer and connect so we have to call back the number each time. This experience is highly annoying. I've tried the re-set suggestions - phone on and off - airplane mode on/off - no blocked numbers. My Add-on usage is still showing the 250 plan as active even though when trying to make a call the message is 'your minutes have expired." Must be a simpler way to organize Add-on's to keep continuous coverage while travelling. Very frustrating. Terry

Your table is a little bit confusing as price from previous add-on is immediately above next add-on.
@Anonymoustable is more clear...
Nevertheless, your answer is spot on and 100% accurate!

for Example long distance in canada or from USA, Add (+1 or 1 ) in front of the any area code,
1416xxxxxxx,
or
+1416xxxxxxx,
both is will going through your call...
Good luck and enjoy the service...

@ellie_rr As long as you purchase the correct US roaming add-on you'll be able to do all that. Reminder purchasing add-ons is two step process, add funds and then go back to purchase correct add-on. Make sure to purchase the add-on as close to your trip date as the clock starts immediately upon buying and is limited for 10 day x 24 hour period.
Here's the available US roaming add-ons:
