under this plan, my phone would work in MEX/US without incurring a roaming fee ?

Last week I moved to PM, I have kept my original tel # under primary and got a eSIM which I stored under secondary.
so as per your reply, all I have to do is turn roaming ON when I am in US or Mexico correct?
my $35 can-us-Mexico covers roaming, no extra fees will be charged correct? I ask as I hear roaming is not covered. Thanks

Don't change anything with your sim settings, aside from turning on data roaming. If you use the secondary esim at home in Canada, you'll continue to use that sim in the US and Mexico.
Why do you have a sims?

Thanks for that confirmation, new comers to PM are not sure if roaming is included in the plan.
Since I opted for eSIM, it sits under ‘secondary’. Once I am in US or Mexico, should I turn off my ‘primary’ and turn on my ‘secondary’ so my roaming works free? Appreciate all the feedback in this matter. Or is it easy to get an actual SIM card?

Yes, I have used the can/us plan many times with no issues. Switching to CAN/US/MEX

hi @Johnnyboy66
no extra charge and no other roaming add-on needed. You use the service in US and Mexico like you are in Canada
