US Roaming plan - I want to cancel/change date

I clicked "proceed to payment" on the US Roaming plan add on, thinking it would give me an option to select when this service is applied. I am not going to the states until August 12 this year.

Does the 14 days automatically start from date of purchase? If so, I would like to cancel this add-in.

If it just starts when I first make use of it in the states, then let me know.

the add-on last for 15 days and starts as soon as you buy it.

Yes, it starts from the date of purchase.  Since it is prepaid, you can't cancel this add on.  

However, if it was a honest mistake, you can try to contact Customer service agent to see whether they can cancel the add on and credit your account. YMMV.
