I've purchased the US roaming data package, and can see it on my account, but my data is not working south of the border. What can I do to get it running?

I've been having this problem since Sunday and nothing has worked. I've made sure data roaming is on, I'm connected to T-Mobile, I've set up the Access Point Network to the instructions from the chatbot. I've tried turning data roaming off and on again, manually selecting different networks, restarting multiple times. Also submitted a ticket days ago and haven't heard anything back, nor can I find a phone number to actually get in touch with Public. Please help!

in the settings on the phone, make sure Roaming Data is enabled.

@Joannakparker which city and state you are at?
can your phone connect to T-Mobile?
if not, change the Mobile Network Selection from Automatic to Manual and the choose T-Mobile
Once it is connected, make sure you enable Roaming Mobile Data on your phone
