Public mobile been giving me issues I call to go to their higher ups to deal with them for stealing money out my friends visa the agents verbally bashed me. Then I just decided to leave public mobile. They now locked me outta my account and cut my number but I get text I also have proof bill paid up to end of December 2024.

@Almyra As far as I know there is no number to call Public Mobile customer service, all service is done online. What number are you calling?

@Almyra in your last post the down arrow by the time stamp tap it and edit out your screen shot this is public forum . And we are just customers like you trying to help . No one here should see that personal info like the IMEI # and inhaling bear you got refund , but to transfer your number out you will have to have your PM account active to port it out , so you will have to make payment again if the account is not active or try and work with support to release the number for you , best of luck 🤞

It’s my account I accidentally added my friends bank card public mobile took money from her account without her authorization. I contacted public mobile the agents verbally bashed me and laughed I have the notes CCTS got involved and public had to refund the money. Now I wanna leave they interrupted the transfer my number still with public thx you very much

did you call your credit card and ask them to reverse the payment? If so, then the account will be suspended immediately.
