Province doesn’t match in sign in

I have tried signing in at the very beginning of signing up and my province doesn’t match so it won’t let me in. But actually it does match every single one of my devices and phone numbers so I don’t know what to do.

@JessET1  Do you mean from the Shop page?  You can change province at the top right of that page.

@JessET1  Try clearing the app cache or uninstall  the app and re install the app . And when you log back in ensure you allow location permission on and try again that should help

are you trying to activate a new Public Mobile account ? You need to do so using the PM app...otherwise I'm kinda confused by the wording of your post. Can you re-word it or add more detail of your concern.
