Try using this link for Payment, add the amount of funds needed to your Available Funds.

@Cata902 was it giving you an "oops" error when you pay online?
A quick workaround 8sbto but a voucher from SDM/London Drug/711/shell and load the voucher using *611
Or you can also wait a full hour and try to using browser Incognito mode to login and pay
