On March 21, I needed brief voice minutes for one day due to an unscheduled stop in the USA. Due to ambiguous nomenclature, I chose the 1000 u.s. minutes option, which didn’t seem to work. Then I chose voice/text add on, which provided the service I needed. Can you please reverse the 1000 minute add on fee? I found the nomenclature of the add-one ambiguous.
