Sent them another is there any info how late they are open?

Hopefully they reply soon 2 hours with nothing yet

not instant, but I usually get the first reply in an hour or a bit more , and got the problem resolved without  couple messages exchanged.

I did message them - any idea on their response times? This is all so weird to me that I cant phone or chat or talk to anyone

I messed up my sign up very badly and need help

I said to ship the SIM card - but I already have a SIM card.  Also, I forgot to enter the promo code my work emailed me.  Also I forgot to put in my referreral code.

 

Please can you cancel my sign up so I can re-sign up correctly, or can you please cancel my sim shipment, let me add my promo code, and add my referral code

what was the problem?

depends on where you  are in the subscription, you need to do it differntly

if you subscribed but the activation didn't work, message Pm and ask them to help to cancel

if you are using the service and just not like it, then you need to turn off Subscription yourself on My Account.  Go to Payment page and go the Manage Subscription and turn off Subscribed there
