Hi there,
I transferred a Mobile phone number from a carrier ( Old-Service-Provider). And I missed the step of relying to the SMS after the initial request has been submitted. the initial transfer request got canceled because it’s after 90 mins. Please help me to submit the ticket!! Thank you.

good evening, would you be able to DM me the same number? i just tried porting and it said it failed because i put the wrong ESN/MEID, however the app asked me for IMEI....

There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
