I have the unlimited \\\\canada us plan with 180 GB canada us Data.
service provider AT&T keeps dropping off, very frustrating, unable to connect to uber while at airport.
My phone is a galaxy a54 5g

thetis22 I have the same plan and a Galaxy S20 FE phone. It's worked beautifully with Network Mode set to LTE/WCDMA/GSM (auto connect) and Network Operators set to Select Automatically. The phone sometimes connects to AT&T and sometimes to T-Mobile, but it makes the switch seamlessly with no effort on my part.
With those settings all calls are clear and other functions work well both within the US and between the US and Canada.

Yeah, you were probably connected to AT&T 5G, which doesn't work. Change your preferred network to 4G.

with AT&T still connected, change the Network mode to 4G ( make sure not 5G as the roaming on 5G is not reliable)
if still fails, try manually connect to T-Mobile amd also stay on 4G

@thetis22 Try to connect to T mobile or AT&T and set phone to 4G/LTE also ensure day roaming is turned in in phone settings
