I keep getting Payment Failed - Please try again or use a different payment method.
I have tried on an android phone, iphone and my laptop. I have tried on the app. I have cleared cache and cookies, called my bank to make sure they are not blocking payments.
I have auto-filled and manually filled information for address and card info. I have also tried a credit card and a debit card.
I have made sure all my information is correct and even had PM update the info on my account to make sure everything is current. I have tried over the span of 2 days now.
Am i missing anything else?

Same problem... at least the app gives me the chance to add my old postal code as a separate billing address as my card did not update like the rest of my accounts... i'll be trying again in 1 hr.. ish...

I will give incognito mode a try. I have been chatting with a CS agent who been asking me numerous questions but has yet to come up with a solution.
I hope it works out since there's some pretty awesome deals!

hi @Marlies2018 you need to wait and hour and try again. Try using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account

@Marlies2018 You may need to wait one full hour and try again incognito mode / private mode or try the app instead . Sometimes one will have to wait 24 hours and try again . I’m mean time you can buy payment vouchers and load it *611 and resume service . And update card later if in hurry . You can also get support to help you update the card also

No you are not.
Is it possible to purchase a voucher and try to add it that way? Maybe the next renewal date will fix itself.
