Hey all,
I am currently in the US and have purchased the Data, Talk, and Text Add-on for my account. I have actually purchased the add-ons twice because I thought the first purchase didn't go though. Now my add-ons still show that I have 11/15 days left for example but I have -1 texts or calls left. Data and texting seem to work properly on my phone but I'm unable to make or receive calls.
Has anyone else experienced this before and how do I fix it? I've been unable to submit a support ticket. I continue to get 'Oops' or 404 errors.
Any help is appreciated, the sooner I am able to make calls the better.

This worked, setting to T-Mobile and 3G.

@nculver Set your phone to 4G/LTE and connect to T mobile or AT&T . If still issue with voice try phone set to 2G and connect to T mobile

looks like you have 2 of the US calling features...could be the prob.
