Trying to log in for support as my phone (Alcatel Flip) has no service. The login requires a verification code, through voice or text message, that’s being sent to my service less phone.
Also tried to speak to a support agent, which also requires me to login. Anyone have an idea how to resolve any of these issues? Tried restarting the phone, and turning airplane mode on and off.

How long has your phone had 'No Service' for, did your account maybe get closed due to inactivity?
Even when an Account is suspended, the EverSafe ID Verification Code always still comes through for me regardless, and the SIM has reception just no Calls, Texts, or Data are working until payment is made.

@MPS15 - you said this is due to phone issues ... So does your SIM card work in another phone?
Are you a newer customer or have been one for some time with working services until now?
Call 611 (or # 1-855-478-2542 or # 1-855-4PUBLIC from another device) to check the status and make a payment is suspended and if there is a registered card on the account.
You are logged into the Community, that is all you need to submit a support ticket to CSA customer support.

And for the login, security code, click 'Didn't receive the code?" and then send via email should be an option there
