Hi I am trying to activate my new SIM and bring my number over from SOLO but its saying i have to enter a Canadian number?

I think the porting page is broken. I tried that and several other numbers and got the same thing.
Adding - doesn't work in the account either. Way to go Public. Yay team.🙄

@star1181 647-385-xxxx is a Toronto number, should be able to port in

@star1181 Hi make sure old account is active you may need to activate your account and take a temp number and then change your number in your self serve account that is created when you activate

It could be one of the newer area codes not yet recognized as Cdn.

@star1181 , try activating the account with a new number first just to make sure that is successful. Then do the number transfer. It could be browser issues that is affecting the number transfer.
