Transferring number help

Hey so I was switching over to public mobile and I put in the wrong imei number and it took money of and all that if just didn’t transfer the number is there any way I can change the imei number

@Petet  It’s best to just use your old providers account number and ignore the IMEI it’s not need anyways . But no worries I’ll send you the porting team number private message right away . Give them a call and just give the old provider account number and they can re trigger the port request for you . And remember to leave old providers sim in the phone to reply YES to the confirmation text to port
