Hi,
I lost my e-SIM and cannot add it again because Public Mobile's website doesn't allow me to log into my account without entering the code it sends to Public Mobile phone number, which I lost...
How do I solve this? Thanks.

No problem. I checked, the code works for me. Maybe the screenshots help you locate it.
If that does not work, message agent using the following link. Be logged in to your community account, monitor mailbox icon on top right.

Thanks for replying. There is no such option for me.
For me, I first send code to email. I enter that, it directs me to a page which asks me for the code sent to my phone number 😞

Hi, when it asks you for the code, on the bottom, there is an option which reads “Didn’t get the code?”. Click that, and then you could have the code sent to your email. Also, if the app asks you for payment, it may be worth messaging an agent, just to check if they’re willing to waive it. Use the following link, and monitor mailbox icon on the top right. Be logged in to your account.
