Hello,
I would like to transfer over my Koodo Prepaid Number to Public Mobile. In the chatbot it mentions that I need to contact a Customer Support Agent, but I keep getting stuck in a loop when I ask to connect with one.
Any help is appreciated!

Once you initiate the transfer through Public Mobile you will be instructed how to change your phone number over and you’ll receive a message from Koodo authorizing the change and your contract with Koodo will be cancelled and your following bill will be prorated

@NB_Public Yes to transfer number from Koodo pre paid you need to first activate on the PM app picking a temp Public mobile phone number then get support to transfer it for you . If you have already done that use this link to support to transfer number for you

Koodo Prepaid and Public mobile share the same backends. So the port need to be completed manually by PM customer service agent (CSA).
First activate a new PM account with a new temporary PM number. After the account is successfully created and you have service with the new phone number, then contact CSA to help complete the port.
