Transfer phone number with wrong account number by mistake

Hi, I tried to transfer my phone number from my current provider to public mobile and I entered the wrong account number associated with my current provider by mistake

@Gfrenette49 the porting number provided by @Handy1 is from Koodo but will also work for Public Mobile as both companies are part of TELUS. Public Mobile will initiate the request to Rogers but make sure you keep your Rogers SIM card in your phone. You should receive a text message from Rogers asking you to confirm the number porting. You will have 90 minutes to respond 'YES'. After that you can remove the Rogers SIM and replace it with the Public Mobile SIM and keep testing until the porting has been completed, typically takes an hour or two

@Gfrenette49  Yes so call the number on the link to give them correct account number from Roger’s and they can re trigger the port request for you
