Tried to follow steps to transfer existing number. Entered all date correctly. When I selected activation button, I get an invalid iemi number. Tried account number but received same error message. Deleted app to remove cache and tried again. Shut off phone, removed SIM card, reinserted SIM card, turn on phone, same error message. Any ideas?

Using IMEI can cause issues when porting, using your account number is generally recommended.
