Transfer a Phone number from Telus to Public Mobile

Hi,

I'm trying to transfer my phone number from Telus to Public Mobile. I missed replying YES in the first 90 minutes. How do I get another activation meassage sent out? I see that Public Mobile has given me a number but it is not the same as the one I had before. Is there a number I can call to resolve this?

@EmilyB  OR, you can submit a ticket with Public Mobile representatives (CSA) to get them to resend the request to Telus; click this link to do so for issues with transfer/porting of phone numbers over to Public Mobile.

@EmilyB  You can call Telus porting team to restart port or possible do it with a verbally will send you the number private message

There is a number to call to talk to live support,  they can re-trigger the process for you.  I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) .  Check the envelope icon on top right.  Call them and get it fixed
