Hello,
i recently switched to public mobile and im using an e-sim. I’m having issues with sending and receiving text messages. I can use cellular data and make phone calls, but I can’t send text messages and my iMessage says “an error occurred during activation” when I try to turn on iMessage in settings.

but you are receiving voice calls? just problem with iMessage?
on the iMessage settings, remove the phone number, then reboot phone. Enter the number again when phone is up to re-register

@Jppakulak might’ve be a provisional issue with sim set up get support to look into it and refresh your account
