Also can’t open a ticket cause I can’t log into my account

@hayl5892 - GOOD IDEA TO CHANGE your Community ID nickname. Having a phone number could be dangerous if anyone has any intentions to be fraudulent on your account. Change the nickname here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile

 

TWO Ways to contact CSA (Customer Support) below:

1-Normally Faster - use this link to: Get Help With Public Mobile Chatbot], also found in various places in Public webpages, OR

2-go to your envelope at the top right of your Community Account which is where your Inbox and Sent messages are. Select the orange/peach color box with the pencil inside it to start a new message. Type CS_Agent in the SEND TO box. This will create a private message to Public Mobile Customer Support.

And CSA private message links was provided multiple times above.

Other replies have provided the link to private message support.

So is this a new nickname? Where did you share your issue?

I did already share my issue then write this after how do I find the link to write a ticket

for your account login issue

you can first try to Forgot email link  ( https://eversafe.id.telus.com/user/forgotemail?locale=en&ForceAuth=true  ) and then Forgot password link  ( https://eversafe.id.telus.com/user/forgotpassword?locale=en&ForceAuth=true ) on the login page there. They will send you the "hints" via SMS/email. 

If that does not help, please open ticket with PM support as advised above

Ticket has to be open from Community. Since you are here - you can open it.

yes, chatbot has problem with ticket, please private message agent instead:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

But before you submit ticket, maybe you can share your issue and the community can help??
