I'm unsure if anyone is monitoring these posts, but I'm running out of ways to contact anyone from this firm.
I wanted to verify how to subscribe to the $29.99 CAD /month Boxing Week plan that covers CAN-US-MEX, I was unable to locate it within MyAccount to change my subscription. I went through the Chatbot, raised a ticket, tried raising another ticket after like 3-4 hours since I wasn't sure if it was read/monitored nor could I view any form of acknowledgement via MyAccount or the Community Inbox. I really just wanted to see if it was available and if so, how to gain access.
It has been a very frustrating experience trying to contact anyone from Public Mobile for a literal 5-minute question. I'm fairly convinced the boxing week deal is just not available, I'd love to be proven wrong.
So I thought to try this post forum thing and if it fails, I'll just jump to another provider. This is the first and last problem I've had with them. Imagine if I had a serious or urgent matter...

I do not work for Public Mobile, and neither does anyone who has repleid to you here. Public Mobile offers different plans to existing customers. This is a businesss decisions that the company has made. You're free to express your opinion. No Public Mobile customers like these policies.

You guys have literally zero benefits for loyal customers and a non-existent support service. I'll be looking to switch due to abysmal service.

I know that you're likely not going to like that answer that I am going to provide, but existing customers do not have the same choice of price plans to choose from compared to new customers. Public Mobile has also decided to target specifc price plans to existing customers, and different customers will have the choice of different plans. This is purely a business decision based on revenue.

I've raised the ticket several days ago and will assume that it will go unanswered as it previously has.
Could you elaborate as to why, I, an existing and continued user of Public Mobile, do not qualify for a CAN-US-MEX Boxing Week promotion that is still available prior to logging into MyAccount up until December 31, 2024?

I've seen the other plan options, they have worse features and a higher price point than the boxing week promotional offer.
Is there any valid reason for why it is unavailable or is it specifically because I'm an existing user and this promotion is only available to new customers?

@rlohana We can only change to the plans that are available to us to change to in our account despite what we see on the website. So if your current plan is more then $29 already then you won’t be able to get that plan unfortunately and I don’t think support will help . However there should be the $35 $45and $55 MEX roaming plans and if you don’t see the $35 one if you do see the $30 plan change to it immediately and then you should see the $35 MEX roaming plan become available . Then switch to that plan using the change on.next renewal option . If that plan interest you .
