I submitted the wrong number when porting to PM

I submitted the wrong phone number when transferring to a new PM service.

I feel like I am stuck in limbo as I can’t complete the transfer as the verification number is sent to a number that I have no connection to.

i think I submitted a ticket, but didn’t get any verification that it went through and haven’t heard back in 8h or so.

any help would be greatly appreciated!
