Before you send in a support ticket, can you share what the issue your having is? Maybe we can actually help you fix it.
And if we're unable to help and you do require a CS Agent, please also report to them the chat box support link is broken. The more that report this, MAYBE they might actually fix it. Doubtful but eh... 🙂

Ticket submission has been problematic for a while. Since you're seeing an error message, a private message can be sent to CS_Agent.
