I switched to Public Mobile did all prompts, downloaded the eSIM, transferred from my old carrier, restarted my phone then got an error that the eSIM cannot be activated… my phone says I have 5 bars 5G but I can’t make any phone calls, says it is Public mobile. I can’t text and navigate just not make a phone call it also added 2 lines to my phone same number but one is a primary one that doesn’t seem to be connected as it doesn’t have a eSIM on it then a personal one where the eSIM is connected and carrier is Public mobile. Anyone else have these issues please help

Did you receive a text from your old carrier for confirm port request?  Did you answer yes to that text? 

If you did respond yes, then did you remove the old carrier SIM card?  Try to make the PM eSIM the primary line.

Might want to also try a network reset of phone. Note: this will erase any saved Wifi passwords, etc.
